San Nicolas

Located at the South Eastern end of the Island

Overview:
Located in the port of Sannicolas at the Southeastern end of the Island of Aruba . Valero is the only operator of the port . Primarily Petroleum products, Sulphur and Petroleum Coke port and can receive up to ULCC's at her Reef Berths. Crude oil terminal has two jetties with maximum draft of 75 and 105 ft respectively.Inner Harbor with two finger piers (4 positions) with maximum draft of 38 & 40 ft saltwater respectively. Dry cargo and Sulphur berth with a maximum draft of 31 ft 6 inches.
Petroleum Coke berth with a maximum draft of 41 ft. Bunkers are available ex-pipe at the Inner Harbor and by barge at Pet-Coke / Dry cargo / Sulphur jetty. Bunkers can also be supplied off port via a supply vessel. Fresh water is available only at the Inner Harbor and at the Reef Berths.

LOADED AND BALLAST DRAUGHT REQUIREMENTS

Each of the berths within the inner harbor and the HDS berth is dredged and the maximum allowable draught will be advised by the pilot. It shall be recognized that loaded ships may be draught restricted at the next scheduled port after Aruba . For safe handling of tankers in all normal weather conditions at all Valero's Marine Terminal berths the following minimum draughts are recommended:

Barcadera

Industrial harbour Located at 3 miles South East of Oranjestad.

Overview:
Primarily Aggregate, Cement, Ro-Ro, some Petroleum products and Propane. There is one berth 1,200 ft in length and the port has a maximum draft of 32 ft. Bunkers are available by barge and tank truck. Fresh water is also available ex-pipe. This port is also used for vessel conducting minor repairs.
